GRIGGS: William Martin Griggs of Griswold, beloved husband of Julia passed away suddenly on Thursday, December 20, 2007 at the age 69. William was born April 14, 1938. He is survived by his wife Julia (nee Davis) Griggs; one son Robert Martin Griggs; two sisters Eileen Raisbeck of Abbotsford, British Columbia and Louise Doerkson of Winnipeg, Manitoba; two brothers Dr. Gordon Griggs of Winnipeg and Earl Griggs of Griswold as well as many nieces and nephews. Bill was actively farming in Griswold until his passing. Bill's passions were his family, farming, reading his Bible and he loved going south to winter in Arizona. The Funeral Service will be held at Bethel Christian Assembly, 440 Richmond Avenue on Thursday, December 27, 2007 at 11:00 am. Pastor Mike Davis will officiate.
