The death of William Henry Armstrong of Brandon, dear father of Jim Armstrong, occurred in the city on February 17, 1999. A time of visitation will be held at Central Church in the Smalll Chapel on Saturday, February 20, 1999 from 10:00 until 11:30 am. with the ceremony to begin at 11:30 am. The Rev. Orton Anderson will officiate. Interment will follow in the Brandon cemetery. Friends who wish may make a donation in memory of Mr. Armstrong to a charity of choice.
