ROBB: With love and sadness we announce the sudden passing of Verona (Yonnie) Lillian Robb at the Fairview Home in Brandon, Manitoba on Thursday, August 23, 2012. Verona was born December 21, 1927 in Cypress River, Manitoba. She was predeceased by her parents Sarah and James E. Robb; sisters Mabel Barker, Ethel Anderson, Loreen Ostlund and Fern Hutchinson; brothers Vernon (Ike), Wilbert and Delmar Robb; nephew William (Bill) McClelland. Verona is survived by sisters Leila Waterbury of Shelburne, Ontario and Dorothy Weston of Brandon. Thirteen nieces and nephews and numerous great nieces and nephews also survive. The funeral service was held on Tuesday, August 28, 2012 at Memories Chapel, Brandon followed by interment at Brookside Cemetery, Winnipeg. Pallbearers were Daryl Morrow, Gale Pearase, Barbara Fenske, Allan Osada, Garry Fenske, and Richard Osada.
