Peacefully, after a short illness, Thomas William Gillett, age 93 years, passed away at Hillcrest Place Personal Care Home on Thursday, May 12, 2022. Thomas is survived by his children Elaine Doyle, Louise Blunston and Andrew Newman and families in England, many extended family members in Britain and North America, and good friends worldwide. Thomas was predeceased by his first wife, Iris in 1991 and second wife Edith in 2015. After many years working as a design engineer in England, Thomas spent his retirement golfing and traveling with Edith. A private graveside service will be held at Ancrum Cemetery.
