HLADKY: Theodore Michael "Ted", passed away at Fairview Home, Brandon on Sunday, April 24th, 2011 at the age of 67 years, surrounded by his family: Yvonne; children: Rick (Thelma), Tracey, Chris (Sandy), stepson Brad (Stacia); grandchildren: Tatjana, Caleb, Luka, Noah and sister Irene (Denis) and nieces Nicole and Natalie. He was predeceased by Eileen, Matthew and Marilyn. Special thanks to Dr. Riche and staff at the Brandon Dialysis Unit as well as the staff at Fairview Home. In keeping with Ted's wishes, a private graveside memorial will be held at a later date.
