On Sunday, June 3, 2018, Teresa Laverne Jeffers (nee Canning) passed away at the Health Sciences Centre, Winnipeg. Teresa will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Michelle (Douglas) Hegg of Sprucewoods; grandchildren Nathaniel, Cassandra and Alexandra; brothers James (Janet) Canning and Ron Canning and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by sisters Elaine Alexander and Katharine Sellers. Teresa will be laid to rest in a private ceremony in Nova Scotia at a later date.
