ARSENAULT: Shirley Jean Arsenault passed away on Sunday, March 20, 2005 at the Brandon Regional Health Centre. Shirley was born on June 5, 1939 in Seaview, PEI, the daughter of Alvin and Jean MacArthur. She married Don Arsenault on July 9, 1971. Shirley's life centered around her family and she had an immense capacity for kindness towards all. She enjoyed movies, shopping and had a wonderful sense of humour. Even when she became ill, she never lost her ability to make others laugh. Shirley's Christian faith was strong and helped her through the difficult times. Shirley is survived by her loving husband, Don; devoted daughter, Robin Dawn Arsenault and husband Darcy Kroets; son, Jody Joel Arsenault and wife Vanessa; and granddaughter, Alexa. She is also survived by her sisters, Joyce, Rita and Brenda; and a brother George MacArthur. She was predeceased by her parents, Alvin and Jean MacArthur. The Ceremony to Celebrate Shirley's Life will be held at Memories Chapel, 330-18th Street North, on Thursday, March 24, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. Rev. Dale Woods of First Presbyterian Church will officiate.
