Sherry – Ann Poitras, at the age of 56 passed away peacefully with family by her side in Palliative Care Unit at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Friday November 24, 2023.

Sherry will be lovingly remembered by her son Jordan Poitras, grandson Owen Poitras of Brandon; brother Lonny Poitras (Dee Dee), niece Sophia of Hazelridge, MB; sisters Robin Varndell (Jim), nephews Ryland and Tyler of Stonewall, MB and Holly Campbell and nephew Jarrid of Winnipeg, MB. Sherry was predeceased by her parents Diane and Adelard Poitras and sister Kelly Poitras.

The family would like to thank the following people who were special and there for Sherry during her time of need: Bradley and Jocelyn Heuchert, Wayne and Fern Plante, Linda Yanick, Ling Jin, Chris Latcham, and Kerri Chomenchuk.
All the staff at the Brandon General Hospital and Cancer Care, who are wonderful caring people.
