Obituary

Scott Kenneth Hofer passed away in Calgary on Monday, November 1, 2021. Born October 26, 1986 in Brandon, Scott grew up in Deloraine where he enjoyed playing baseball and hockey, curling and golfing. After graduating from Deloraine School in 2004, Scott began working in the oilfield industry in Alberta. Scott will be lovingly remembered by his mother Mary (Doug) Manz, father Ken Hofer, sister Kara McBrien, brother Blair Hofer, nieces Everleigh and Camryn and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his grandparents Albert and Mary Pugh and Joe and Lydia Hofer. The Celebration of Scott's Life will take place at the Brandon Cemetery, Brandon, MB on Friday, November 12, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. In compliance with Public Health Orders, proof of full immunization will be required. For those not able to attend in person, the service will be webcast on Scott's memorial page at www.memorieschapel.com. Donations in memory of Scott may be made to Samaritan House Ministries Inc., 820 Pacific Avenue, Brandon, MB R7A 0J1.
