WAGNER: Rose Wagner of Brandon, Manitoba passed away peacefully, at the age of 76 years, at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Sunday, September 17, 2006. Rose was born on December 15, 1929 in Foxford, Saskatchewan, the daughter of Annie and Nick Basaraba. Rose married Joe Wagner on March 22, 1952 and together they were blessed with five children. Rose will be lovingly remembered by her beloved husband, Joe; children, Delvin (Fran), Connie (Stan) Farquhar, Jane and Robert (Tracey); and her dear grandchildren, Eric, Lyle, Ian, Ann, Allen, Michael (friend Dara), Brayden, Colin and great grandchildren, Dylan, Dannika and Deegan. She is also survived by her siblings, Helen (Gordon), Walter (Annette), Alex (Mary), Adam, and Dora; sisters-in-law, Pat, Iris, Mary, Grace, Jean, Sandra (Eric) as well as numerous nieces, nephews and her special friends, Audrey Hodgson and Elsie Julseth. Rose was predeceased by her son, Grant; parents, Annie and Nick Basaraba; brothers, Harry, Bill, John, Peter, Emil, Joe, Daniel; sisters, Eunice, Mary Struck, and Polly Kusznir. The Ceremony to Celebrate Rose's Life was held at Memories Chapel on Thursday, September 21, 2006. Rev. Harvey Hurren officiated. Interment followed in the Brandon Cemetery. Flowers are gratefully declined. Friends who wish may make a donation in memory of Rose to a charity of their choice.
