Ronald John Mackay "Scotty" age 65, of Brandon, Manitoba, passed away at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Friday, November 1, 2024.

He will be sadly missed by dear friend Rita Kematch of Brandon, MB; sisters Anne (Ray Sebastian) of Virden, MB, Jennifer (Bob Fitzpatrick) of Zeballos, BC and neighbors and friends at Winnipeg House in Brandon, where he resided.

Grand Rapids, Manitoba always remained a special place to Ron, and he greatly appreciated it when he received a visit or call from one of his old friends.

The Winnipeg Jets and the Winnipeg Blue Bombers have lost a very dedicated fan.

Thank you to the doctors, nurses and staff at the Brandon Regional Health Centre.

In keeping with Ron's wishes, cremation has taken place and no formal service will be held.

Sadly, missed along life's way, quietly remembered every day, No longer in our life to share, But in our hearts you're always there.
