ROWSON: Robert "Bob" Rowson passed away on at his residence, on Saturday, April 21, 2007 at the age of 55 years. Bob was predeceased by his father, William George Rowson and sister Angeline Rowson. He leaves to cherish his memory, his loving daughters Charleen Rowson (Dana Hoy) of Brandon, and Amber Rowson of Calgary, Alberta; three grandchildren: Jessica, Joshua, Morgan; his mother Dorothy Rowson; siblings Marylin Shoemaker of Brandon, Darlene (Art) Weir of Sioux Lookout, Ontario, Eldeen (Ron) Fuch's of Assiniboia, Saskatchewan, Brian (Lavern) Rowson of Roseisle, Manitoba, Caroline (Harry) Lorenz of Carman, Manitoba, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Bob was born on April 12, 1952 in Regina, Saskatchewan. At age fifteen, Bob enrolled with the Virden Sea Cadets for two years. He graduated grade twelve from Virden Collegiate. Bob enjoyed his work at the Hargreave Elevator for Bob Bryden. He then moved to Brandon and worked for Mel Hatch at the Bulk Esso station. Bob ended his job due to complications with work and depression. In 1987, Bob signed himself into the Brandon Mental Health Centre, due to his inability to cope with deep depression. Bob had a passion for building awesome bikes from scratch. Many of his bikes were stolen, but many people came to Bob with their bike problems. He was able to use other people's discards and create something new. Bob began to seek the Lord, going to church and spending hours upon hours reading his Bible. The Ceremony to Celebrate Bob's Life will be held at Bethel Christian Assembly, 440 Richmond Avenue on Friday, April 27, 2007 at 2:00 pm. Pastor Mike Davis will officiate. Interment will take place at Virden Cemetery on Saturday, April 28, 2007 at 11:00 am. Donations in memory of Bob may be made to Water for Life Outreach International, P.O.
