It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Robert Lagrove, who died on Thursday, April 11, 2024, at the age of 47. Rob was a beloved husband, father, son, brother, and friend who will be deeply missed by his family and all those who knew him.

Rob was born in 1977 to Brian and Penny Lagrove. Rob spent the early years of his life traveling Canada with his parents before welcoming his brother Michael in 1980. Soon after, the family settled in Brockville, ON. Robert attended primary and post-secondary school in Ontario where he discovered his passion to serve in the ministry, before relocating out West to pursue his dreams. He went on to graduate with a Bachelor of Arts from Central Pentecostal College, of which he was extremely proud.

Rob spent his working years as a pastor, serving in Hay River Reserve, NWT; Preeceville, SK; Kelvington, SK; and Portage la Prairie, MB. He was deeply committed to his congregations and was known for his kindness, compassion, and unwavering faith. He was always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need, and his dedication to the communities he Pastored was unwavering.

Outside of his work, Rob was an avid fan of hockey, cheering especially for the Toronto Maple Leafs, and had a deep love and loyalty for the Saskatchewan Roughriders. He was also a devoted husband and father, and his family meant everything to him.

Rob is survived by his wife, Tracy Lagrove, son, James Lagrove, daughter, Autumn Lagrove, mother, Penny Adams, brother, Michael Lagrove (Sarah) grandmother, Nelda Lagrove, and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father, Brian Lagrove, and his grandfather, Alton Lagrove.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, April 18, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at Calvary Temple, 620 34th Street, Brandon, MB. Private interment to follow.
