It is with great sadness the family of Peter Derksen, beloved husband of the late Verna Derksen and dear father of Stephen (Rhonda) and Lori, and grandfather of Dawson (fiancée Alexandra Laurence) and Samantha, announce his passing on Monday, November 4, 2019 at home at Riverheights Terrace. The Celebration of Peter's Life will be held at Richmond Park Church, 1525-26th Street, Brandon on Sunday, November 10, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. His brother-in-law John Balzer will officiate. Viewing will take place prior to the service. The reception will be at the church with interment to follow at Alexander Cemetery.
