BOYCHUK: It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Pearl Boychuk (nee Sasnella), at the age of 80 years, on Tuesday, August 24th, 2004 at the Brandon Regional Health Centre after a brief illness. Pearl and John were married on July 4th, 1943 in Winnipeg. They spent their years together in St. Martin, Vita, Sandy Lake, Winnipeg and Brandon. Pearl enjoyed bingo, cooking, gardening, knitting, playing cards and dancing. She spent many years catering at the Ukrainian National Home. She will be lovingly and sadly missed by: her husband of 61 years, John; daughter, Gerri (Paul); sons, Eugene (Daniel), Brian (Leslie); grandchildren, Andrea and Jesse, whom she adored and saw as the future.
