JAREMA: On Saturday, January 9, 1999, Paul Jarema, beloved father, grandfather and great grandfather passed away at the age of 87 years at the Riverdale Personal Care Home, Rivers. Paul was born March 24, 1911 in Sandy Lake. He farmed in the Strathclair area and later resided in Rivers until his death. Paul was predeceased by his wife Jean (nee Gnutel) in 1981. He will be remembered by his sons; Rudy (Isobel), Alex (Valerie), Dennis (Arlene) and John, his grandchildren and great grandchildren. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 13, 1999 at 11:00 am, at the Holy Ghost Ukrainian Orthodox Church, 59-11th Street North. Rev. Miron Pozniak will officiate. Interment will follow in the Rosewood Memorial Gardens. Friends who so desire, may make a donation in Paul's memory to the Riverdale Personal Care Home, Rivers.
