PATERSON: Olive Eileen, 1916-2007: At long last, Olive has gone to join her "boyfriend" (Alf). On Thursday, July 5, 2007, Olive passed away peacefully at her residence, Valleyview Care Centre, Brandon. Olive was predeceased by her soul mate, Alf and their daughter, Judy. She leaves son, Brian, his wife Bonnie, son-in-law, George and his wife Judi. There are many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will also be missed by her niece, Gloria (Merv) Dillabough, who was like a daughter to her. Olive was the elder sister of THE FIVE RED AUNTS: Bernice, Vi (deceased), Joyce, Lynn and Phyllis (deceased) as well as brothers, Garth and Keith (deceased). She leaves sisters-in-law, Jean, Dorothy, Eileen, Isabel and Miriam. A private memorial service and interment will take place. The family would like to thank the compassionate staff at the Valleyview Care Centre who lovingly cared for Olive for the past four years.
