KOZAK: The death of Olga Kozak beloved wife of the late Albert Kozak, loving mother to Raymond, Carla, Noreen and Leon occurred at the Rideau Park Personal Care Home on Wednesday, June 22, 2011. The ceremony to celebrate Olga's life will be held at Central United Church, 327 - 8th Street, on Saturday, June 25, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. Rev. Laird Russell-Yearwood will officiate.
