DUNN: Myron John Dunn of Brandon, formerly of Alexander, passed away with his sisters and good pal Deb at his side on Tuesday, December 23, 2003 at the Brandon Regional Health Centre. Myron was born on April 8, 1942 in Alexander, Manitoba, son of Oliver and Evelyn Dunn. Myron also received his education at the Alexander School. He worked in the mines in Thompson, Manitoba and later was employed with the Addictions Foundation and the Salvation Army Crisis Centre. He enjoyed golfing, playing cards, watching curling and loved to get an argument started, only to sit back and watch. Myron is survived by: his daughter Myra-Lynne (Trevor) Lowe and granddaughter Kailee Sara Lowe all of Thompson; son Grant Dunn of Calgary. He is also survived by: brother Harold of Winnipeg; sisters Olive (David) Speers of Brandon, Martha (James) MacGill of Winnipeg, Florence (Ted) Douglas of Calgary, Jean (Jim) Dane of Brandon, Shirley Butula of Calgary, Marilyn (Ernie) Kohut of Souris, brother-in-law Robert Bailey of Pickering, ON, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. Myron was predeceased by his parents and sister Betty Bailey.
