BOHATSCHUK: The death of Mykola "Mike" Bohatschuk, beloved husband of Anne, occurred at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Tuesday, August 17, 2004. Arrangements are pending with Memories Chapel & Pre-Planning Centre, 727-0330.

BOHATSCHUK: The death of Mykola "Mike" Bohatschuk, beloved husband of Anne, occurred at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Tuesday, August 17, 2004. Prayers will be held at Memories Chapel, 330-18th Street North, at 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, August 22, 2004. Divine Liturgy will be Celebrated at St. Mary's Ukrainian Catholic Church, 927 Assiniboine Avenue, at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, August 23, 2004. Celebrant will be Rev. Fr. Ernie Hafichuk. Cantor will be Mr. Peter Romanik. Interment will follow in the Brandon Cemetery. Flowers are gratefully declined. Friends who wish may make a donation in memory of Mike to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Manitoba, 3-824-18th Street, Brandon, Manitoba, R7A 5B7 or to the Brandon Regional Health Centre, "A Bed For You, A Bed For Me", 150 McTavish Avenue East, Brandon, Manitoba, R7A 2B3. BOHATSCHUK: Mykola "Mike" Bohatschuk passed away at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Tuesday, August 17, 2004 with his loving wife, Anne at his side. Mike was born May 10, 1923 in Obodiuka, Ukraine. After the war, in April, 1948, he came to Canada. He was employed by C.P. Rail in the Bridge Building Department starting as a labourer, becoming a carpenter and later a foreman. He retired in 1989 after 39 years of service. Mike was very proud of his garden. He could always be found tending the garden, flower beds and visiting with neighbours. Mike was pre-deceased by his parents Tekla and Michal; sister, Mary and her husband; brother, Theodore; mother and father-in-law, Jessie and Peter Lushaw. He is survived by his loving wife, Anne, of over 50 years; brother-in-law Frank (Joyce) Lushaw; sister-in-law, Marion Lange; nephews Ken Lange, Murray (Jeanne) Lushaw; nieces, Cheryl, Geraldine and Joyce Lange; great nephews Tanner and Connor and great niece, Miranda Lushaw. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Prayers were held at Memories Chapel on Sunday, August 22, 2004. BOHATSCHUK: A sincere thank you to my relatives, friends and neighbours for their expressions of sympathy on the loss of my husband, Mike. The flowers, food, phone calls and cards were greatly appreciated. Thank you to Fr. Ernie Hafichuk for the meaningful Mass, Cantor Mr. Peter Romanik and choir for the beautiful singing. A special thank you to Craig Hayward of Memories Chapel who was so caring and helpful in my time of need, also to the ladies of Memories for the lovely lunch. Thank you to the pallbearers: Ken Lange, Murray Lushaw, Ron Czarnecki, Herb Gudz, Garry Gudz and Don Wells. Thank you to Dr. G. Mixides, Dr. A.
