KELLINGTON: It is with great sadness we announce the death of Mark "Kelly" Kellington at his residence, Hillcrest Place Personal Care Home on April 29, 2007 at the age of seventy-nine years. Mark was born on July 8, 1927 at Cromer, Manitoba, son of Mary and Thomas Milton Kellington. He worked hard all of his life and was one of the best mechanics in Brandon, where he came to after working at the Airport in Virden. He was very proud of being able to keep the boys in training, "up in the air". Mark always wanted to farm even though he knew it wouldn't be on a large scale. He wanted to raise cattle and excelled at that as well as mechanical work. Mark was predeceased by his father and mother and by an older brother, Morris as well as a younger brother, Thomas. He will be sadly missed by his wife, Audrey, a sister Ruth of Vancouver, a sister Margaret and her daughter Denyse of Winnipeg. He also leaves daughters Beverley of Vancouver, Barbara (Nick) Cornett of Brandon, Cheryl (Ron) Chown and a son Randy (Terry) Kellington of Brandon. Mark has six grandchildren; Krista, Tara, Drew, Sara, Dustin, Dylan and four great grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister-in-law, June Kellington. A time of fellowship and refreshment was held at Memories Chapel on Thursday, May 3, 2007. Expressions of Sympathy may be made at www.memorieschapel.com. Donations in memory of Mark may be made to the Alzheimer Society- Westman Region, Unit #1, 613-10th Street, Brandon, Manitoba, R7A 4G6.
