The death of Marguerite Harrison, widow of Bill Harrison occurred at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Sunday, February 29, 2004. The Funeral Ceremony will be held at Memories Chapel, 330-18th Street North, Brandon on Tuesday, March 9, 2004 at 11:30 am. Pam Dean will officiate. Interment will follow in the family plot in the Oak Lake Cemetery. The death of Marguerite Harrison, widow of Bill Harrison, occurred at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Sunday, February 29, 2004. Marguerite was born, the daughter of Burchard and Minnie Kent, on January 8, 1918 in Kireimuir, Alberta. Her early years were spent in the Asquith, SK area, and on September 28, 1938, she married Bill Harrison. They settled in Brandon a few years later. Marguerite enjoyed camping at Clear Lake for many years. She loved spending time with her grandchildren. Marguerite was predeceased by her husband, Bill; two sons, Lyle and Gary; brothers, Douglas, Mervin, Raymond and by sisters Orpha and Ethel. She is survived by: sisters, Pearl Allen and Ruby Griffin; grandchildren, Laura (Bill) Hofsink, Gordon (Rena) Harrison, Dennis Harrison, Jim Harrison (Wanda), Carolee (Chris) Csuk and John (Jayne) Kowal; daughters-in-law, Raemonde Harrison and Eleanor Harrison; as well as numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
