CHARTRAND: The death of Margaret Chartrand occurred in the city on Thursday, February 21, 2013. Margaret was born at The Pas, Manitoba on October 13, 1951. She is survived by her brothers and sisters: Stan Chartrand of Phoenix, AZ, Joe Key of Winnipeg, Rose Hoard, Miami, MB, Bill Chartrand of Winnipeg, Willard Chartrand of Edmonton, Norman (Rose) Chartrand of Winnipeg, Garfield Chartrand of Prince George, BC, Gilbert Chartrand of Winnipeg, Marlene (Hal) Elsner of Star City, SK, Ivan (Bernice) Chartrand and Chesley Chartrand of Prince Albert, SK. There are numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. Margaret was predeceased by her parents; Bill in 1972, Margaret in 2003 and by two brothers, Thomas and Gerald Chartrand. Funeral Service was held at Memories Chapel on Friday, March 1, 2013. Following cremation her cremated remains will be interred in Barrows Cemetery at a later date.
