On Friday, December 2, 2016, Mandi Kostiuk-Hein, age 44 years, beloved wife of Dwayne and mother to Kaela, Eric and Cole, passed away at the Brandon Regional Health Centre. The Celebration of Mandi's Life took place at Memories Chapel on Friday, December 9, 2016. Pastor Mike Davis officiated.
