CHAMBERS: Lydia Annie May Chambers (nee Price) passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 30, 2013. Lydia was born on March 12, 1919, and raised in the small Saskatchewan town of Arcola. As a young adult, she moved to Brandon, Manitoba, which became her life-long home. Lydia was predeceased by her loving husband Harry and son Wayne. She is survived by her son Brian and grandson Mark (Jordan); daughter-in-law Vickie and grandchildren Michelle, Alicia, Regan and Hillary. Funeral Service took place at Memories Chapel on Wednesday, June 5, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. Rev. Shannon McCarthy of Central United Church officiated. Interment followed at Rosewood Memorial Gardens. The family wishes to thank the warm and caring staff of Dinsdale Personal Care Home. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Salvation Army - Dinsdale Home, 510 6th Street, Brandon, Manitoba R7A 3N9 would be greatly appreciated.
