She leaves a brother, Don Fish (Martha) and family as well as many other relatives, especially a nephew, Mark Wright, who was like a son to her. Lorraine was predeceased by her parents, Elmo and Evelyn Wright and two sisters, Glennie and Audrey. Lorraine was born in Vanceboro, Maine on February 8, 1937. Her biggest job in life was her family. She guided them in the right direction and always encouraged them. She was her families greatest fan in whatever they did. "Her hockey Bell is now silent." She had a special gift from God which gave her the ability to be fair and caring and to help others in their time of need. Even during her final days, she still did what was best and right for others. She always believed in God and through the Church in Douglas and the many wonderful people there, He became her Saviour and she was at peace, knowing God loved her and was calling her home. Over the past few months her family came to know how much she meant to other people in the community and they take great comfort in knowing she was loved by so many people.
