FABIAN: "Triumphant with Jesus". Beautiful, Strong, Determined, Courageous.

Linda Rosemary Elizabeth (nee Alford) passed from the loving arms of her family into the arms of her Lord, Wednesday February 10, 2021. Linda fought an amazing, courageous battle with Multiple Sclerosis for 32 years. Linda's courage, positive attitude and inner beauty was an inspiration that impacted all she met. Her smile and genuine caring spirit were infectious. Linda was a loving wife, devoted mother, and passionate grandmother. Leaving behind to mourn her passing while also celebrating her life and her newfound freedom are: The love of her life, best friend and steadfast husband of 52 years Anthony, children Justin (Kim) of Kitchener, ON, Georgie (Bruce) of Lethbridge, AB, Jeremy (Toni) of Grand Prairie, AB, grandchildren Kaitlyn, Gillian, Elizabeth, Sarah, Kate, William, Ryder, Hunter, Emery and Brynn. Linda is also survived by her sister Pauline (Niall) of the UK and brother Kelvin (Jill) of Wales.

Linda was born April 19, 1950 in Cardiff, Wales and took her SRN (State Registered Nurse) program at the University Hospital of South Wales (Cardiff). In 1974, Linda, Anthony and family emigrated to Canada to settle and raise their family in Brandon. Linda's focus was her family, faith and the pursuits of her children including her own love of horses. She was a tireless volunteer and gave back to her community, enjoying her time at the Fleming School Library, church, Virden Pony Club and Brandon Light Horse Society.

Special thanks to caregivers Kathy and Cori for their love and kindness. If any would choose, donations in Linda's memory may be made to the Hamper Ministry of the Brandon Vineyard Community Church, 1327 Rosser Ave, Brandon, MB, R7A 0M3.
