Leo Drohomereski, age 73 years, passed away suddenly and peacefully in his home on Monday, September 8, 2014 in Brandon, MB. He is survived by his dear friend Kathy Blackmon and family, sons Kevin (Angelika) and Trevor (Leslie-Anne) and their mother Beverley; seven grandchildren; brother Julian, sister Grace (Bob) Doherty. Leo was a unique and brilliant man whose generosity and selflessness will be sorely missed and fondly remembered by many. The Ceremony to Celebrate Leo's Life will take place at Memories Chapel, 330-18th Street North, (phone 204-727-0330) on Thursday, September 18, 2014 at 2:00 pm. Rev. Thyra VanKeeken of the First Christian Reformed Church will officiate. Interment will take place at Brookside Cemetery, Winnipeg, on Friday, September 19th at 2:30 pm. A Celebration of Life will follow at Club 43, Pembina Hotel, 1011 Pembina Highway, Winnipeg, on Friday, September 19, 2014 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
