Lenora Bernice McDonald (nee Kobelsky) passed away on Wednesday, August 16, 2023 at the Wawanesa Personal Care Home.

Lenora was born in Humboldt, SK on November 12, 1939. She married Bruce McDonald October 11, 1958 and they shared three children: Barb (Brent), Bob (Jan) and Lynda (Juergen). She was also blessed with grandchildren Ryan, Holli, Lindon and Tanner, as well as seven great grandchildren.

Lenora was employed at the Ninette Sanitorium before her marriage, and after her children started school, she was employed at Brandon General Hospital. She loved to garden, especially her beautiful flowers, and time spent at the cabin.

The family would like to thank the staff and doctors at Wawanesa Care Home for their loving care of Mom.

The graveside service will take place at Ninette Cemetery on Tuesday, August 22, 2023 at 11:00 a.m.
