RAYMER: Lenard James Raymer passed away at his residence in Brandon on Sunday, October 16, 2005. Len was born in Neepawa, Manitoba on April 20, 1945, the son of Harry and Bernice Raymer. He attended Assiniboine Community College and graduated with a electronics degree. Len later joined the Brandon Police Service, where he served for 15 years. He then worked for the Provincial Government for 17 + years until his retirement. He is survived by his sister, Darlene (Ken) Thompson; nephews, Timothy and Todd; niece, Leanne; his aunts, Evelyn Conley and Irene Kitson as well as several cousins. He was predeceased by his parents, Harry and Bernice Raymer; a sister, Joyce Raymer and a brother, Mervyn Raymer. The Ceremony to Celebrate Len's Life will be held at Memories Chapel, 330-18th Street North, on Saturday, October 22, 2005 at 2:00 pm. Rev. Harvey Hurren of Knox United Church will officiate. A private interment will be held at the Brandon Cemetery. Flowers are gratefully declined.
