Kenneth Reid “Ken” Robbins
With family by his side, Ken Robbins passed away on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, at Dinsdale Personal Care Home. Ken was born near Regent, MB on November 14, 1926, to Harold and Gertrude Robbins.
He pursued a lifelong career in construction and used his exceptional carpentry skills volunteering with Habitat for Humanity.
Ken demonstrated strong community dedication through his involvement with the Lion’s Club for 40 years. In recognition for his service, the “Ken Robbins Hall” at Lion’s Manor was named in his honour. When not building or volunteering, Ken valued his time at the lake and cabin with his family. He was a proud father, grandfather and great-grandfather.
Ken was predeceased by his wife May and son Ray. He will be dearly missed by son John (Donna), granddaughter Alyssa (Jay), grandson Tyler (Erin) and great-grandchildren Carson, Holland, Luca and Theo.
In keeping with Ken’s wishes, the family will cherish his memory privately.
The family extends their heartfelt thanks to the staff at Dinsdale Personal Care Home for their care and compassion shown to them over the years.
