STEFANIUK: The death of Kathleen Joan Stefaniuk, beloved wife of Robert "Bob" Andrews and loving mother to Brenden and Morgan, occurred at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Thursday, June 16, 2005. The Ceremony to Celebrate Kathleen's Life will be held at Central United Church, 327-8th Street, on Tuesday, June 21, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. Rev. Joan Jarvis will officiate. STEFANIUK: The death of Kathleen Joan Stefaniuk, beloved wife of Robert "Bob" Andrews and loving mother to Brenden and Morgan, occurred at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Thursday, June 16, 2005. Kathy was born on November 26, 1960 in Elkhorn, MB to Mavis and Morris Stefaniuk. She was raised in Rapid City surrounded by family, friends and neighbors. In her youth, Kathy enjoyed playing the piano, 4-H, skating at the rink and on the lake, and spending time at auction sales. Kathy completed grade school in Rapid City, high school at Elton Collegiate, university at Lake Land College in Vermillion, Psych Nursing at BMHC and a degree in general studies at Brandon University. She was a psychiatric nurse at BMHC, mobile crisis unit and RHA as a mental health intake worker. She was also actively involved in her children's school. Kathy loved to garden, read, walk her dogs Rickson and Rosie, outdoor activities of all kinds (camping, hiking), exercising, playing the piano, experimenting with cooking and socializing with friends. Kathy will be forever remembered by her husband Bob Andrews; children Brenden and Morgan; parents Mavis and Morris Stefaniuk; sisters Denise (Mike), Pat (Will), Donna (Jim); sisters-in-law Dawn (Hant) and Nancy; nieces and nephews Shauna, Chris, Mindy, Kai and Kim, and Uncles, Ernie Stefaniuk and Mervin Lindsay. She was predeceased by aunts Lorna Harkness and Nettie Stefaniuk; grandparents Violet and Wilbert Lindsay and Antonia and Nick Stefaniuk; in-laws Iris and Frank Andrews. The Ceremony to Celebrate Kathleen's Life was held at Central United Church, on Tuesday, June 21, 2005. Rev. Joan Jarvis officiated. Eulogy was given by Joyce Leganchuk and Steve Cassidy. Interment followed in the Brandon Cemetery. Pallbearers were Don McKenzie, Gerry Issac, Doug Thompson, Mike Connolly, Jack Leganchuk, and Earl Thompson.
