Karen Ruth Sinclair "Mahpiya Toi Win - Blue Cloud Woman" passed away peacefully on Monday, February 17, 2025.
An Evening Service will take place on Friday, February 21, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at Memories Chapel - 330 -18th Street North, Brandon, MB.
A Traditional Dakota Funeral Service will take place at the Sioux Valley Dakota Nation Veterans Hall on Saturday, February 22, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. with departure from Memories Chapel at 9:00 a.m.
Interment will take place at the Catholic Cemetery Sioux Valley following the service.
