POTOSKY: It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of John Potosky on March 20, 2000, beloved husband of Jean. John is survived by his wife; son Larry; daughter Linda; grandsons: Kade, Korbin, Dehllon; granddaughter Shealyn; numerous nieces and nephews. Until his retirement, John worked 35 years for the Canadian National Railroad. He was an enthusiastic fisherman, enjoying many happy hours at Skownan and Sandy Lake. He also enjoyed many rounds of golf. The funeral ceremony will be held at Memories Chapel, 330-18th Street North, on Friday, March 24, 2000 at 2:30 pm. with The Rev. Jim Njegovan, Legion Padre officiating. Interment will follow in the Veterans section of Brandon Cemetery. Flowers are gratefully declined. Friends may make a donation in memory of John to the Manitoba Lung Association, # 8 - 940 Princess Avenue, Brandon, R7A 0P6 or to a charity of choice.
