EWASIUK: The death of John Sanie Ewasiuk, of Brandon, occurred Tuesday, October 15, 2013 at Fairview Home. John was born September 10, 1935 at Fairlight, Saskatchewan and worked for the CNR as a revolving station agent. He was predeceased by his parents William and Anna and sister Mary Gros. John is survived by his brother Dick of Calgary, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral Service was held at Memories Chapel on Monday, October 21, 2013. Interment followed at the Brandon Cemetery west lawn section. Rev. Fr. Michael Skrumeda of the Holy Ghost Ukrainian Orthodox Church officiated.
