Jocelyne Tremblay passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, on January 26, 2026, at the Brandon Regional Health Centre.
Jocelyne was born on March 29, 1949, in Birtle, Manitoba. She grew up in St. Lazare as part of a large, close-knit family, where she learned to appreciate the simple joys of life and the importance of being together.
Her first job was at the Prince Edward Hotel, after which she went on to dedicate 26 years of service to BMHC. Jocelyne was known for her strong work ethic, caring nature, and genuine kindness toward everyone she encountered.
She found joy in many things, including cooking, doing puzzles, cheering on the Winnipeg Jets and the Toronto Blue Jays, and most of all, spending time with her family. She especially treasured every moment with her grandchildren, whom she loved dearly.
Jocelyne had a natural gift for caring for others and would truly give the shirt off her back to anyone in need. She was known for striking up conversations wherever she went, always ready with a laugh, a smile, and a warm heart.
She is lovingly remembered by her son Darren (Tracey) Tremblay, her daughter Melissa Creaser, and her cherished grandchildren Kyra and Elli Creaser, and Jackson and Kashton Tremblay. She also leaves behind seven siblings, along with their spouses, and many nieces and nephews.
Jocelyne was predeceased by her parents, George and Eva, and three siblings.
Mom, Grandma, Jocelyne, Jocey, and Jo Jo will be missed dearly and always in our hearts.
A Celebration of Jocelyne’s life will be held at a later date.
