Jo Ann Louise (nee Parker) passed away at the Assiniboine Centre in Brandon, MB Saturday, June 11, 2016 after a courageous and dignified battle with Cancer. Jo Ann was 66 years of age and the Beloved wife of Ken Reid, Mother to Tina Basaraba (Jerrom) and Grandmother to Allyssa Jerrom and Kayla Basaraba. Jo Ann was born in the R.M. Of Daly, MB (Rivers) on November 12, 1949. Jo Ann leaves to mourn, her siblings; Dianna (Allie) Harrison, Glen (Shannon Lilley) Parker, Keith (Rabecca) Parker, Gary (Ruth) Reid, Gail (Hollis) Matheson, Scott (Louise) Reid, Vince (Roselle) Lelond and many nieces, nephews and close friends. Jo Ann was predeceased by her Father, Richard Parker, Mother, Rowena Lelond, Step-Father, Cecil Lelond, and In-Laws, Rilance and Eileen Reid. A celebration of Jo Ann's life will be held on Friday, July 8th, 2016 at the East End Community Center from 2-4 p.m.(Corner of Park Street and Victoria Avenue) in Brandon, MB. Many sincere thanks to Jo Ann's Medical team in Brandon and Winnipeg (Doctors and Nurses) and EMS attendants for their dedication, support and assistance.
