We are saddened to announce the passing of Jefferson Alexander William Starling of Brandon, Manitoba on Thursday, April 2, 2020. Jeff, born February 23, 1975, was well known for his polite and friendly demeanour, willingness to help others, his love of music, movies, card games and his volunteer work at Helping Hands. He is survived by his parents William and Janice (nee Davies) Starling; his older sister Jana Starling and companion Paul Neto; his younger sister Jennifer Starling and spouse Drew Roling, and their son Jax; his children Matthew, Jenissa and Nathan Graham and their mother Sharlene Graham; and his friends.
