ORR; James "Jim" Kenneth Orr passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 28, 2003 at the Brandon Regional Health Centre. Jim was born on June 16, 1954, the son of Matthew and Iris Orr. He is survived by: his wife of 28 years, Colleen (nee Pawloski); son, James; daughters, Michelle (Bruce), Shannon (Scott); and grandchildren, Tony, William and Ethan. He is also survived by his mother, Iris; sisters, Pat Henning, Audrey Gabrielle, Lorna (Joe) Cross, Dorothy (Philip) Tomms, Sylvia Arnold, Barbara Orr, Bev (John) Harding, and Marylin Orr; brother-in-law Robert (Denise) Pawloski; Aunt Marilyn and Uncle Glen Hamm, Aunt Mary Wood and Uncle John (Agnes) Pawloski and numerous nieces and nephews. Jim was predeceased by: his father, Matthew; father-in-law Bill Pawloski; infant brother John Thomas; and brothers-in-law, Bob Arnold and Harvey Gabrielle. Jim worked for 31 years for the Brandon School Division as a custodian until the time of his illness. Jim's warmth, humour and compassion touched the hearts of all those who knew him. He will be sadly missed and always remembered. The funeral service will be held at Memories Chapel, 330-18th Street N. on Friday, January 2, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. Flowers are gratefully declined.
