It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of James "Jim" Gustave Gabriel of Brandon, Manitoba, on Monday, February 28, 2022. Jim was born on May 3, 1953 in Radville, Saskatchewan. He was predeceased by his parents, Arthur and Liane Gabriel, father-in-law and mother-in-law, James and Helen Sweeney, and brother-in-law, Robert Potuer. Jim will be sadly missed by his wife Leslee; two children Jennifer (Andrew) Kean and Steven (Stacey) Gabriel; and five grandchildren Haley, Nathan, Ryan, Bennett and Willa. Jim is survived by his brothers Gary (Iris) Gabriel, and Brian (Maureen) Gabriel; sisters Betty Potuer, Kelly Gabriel, Patricia Gabriel and Lissa (Randy) Trenouth; brother-in-law Bruce (Donna) Sweeney, sister-in-law Linda (Leonard) Olson, as well as many nieces and nephews.
