BARNES: Henry C. (Hank) of the R.M. of Whitehead passed away at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on January 28, 2010, at the age of 67 years. He was predeceased by his father, Ewart, and his in-laws, Norma and John Stewart. Hank is survived by his wife and best friend, Mary Lou (Conroy); his daughter, Bonnie (Kelly) Hyke, grandchildren, Megan and Adam of Redfield, SD; his son, Joey, granddaughter, Xena, of Lynn Lake, MB; his mother, Eileen Barnes of Brandon, MB; brother Russ (Connie) of Delburne, AB; sister, Helen (Don) Scribner of Brandon; sister-in-law, Betty (Fred) Frost of Winnipeg, MB; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins; and special family friends, John McNarry and Yvon Couturier. Cremation has taken place. At Hank's request a Graveside Service will be held at the Alexander Cemetery, Alexander, MB, on Tuesday, February 2, 2010, at 2:00 p.m. followed by a gathering of family and friends in the Lower Level of the Alexander United Church.
