Henrick Otto Suhr Johansen, beloved husband of Sadie, passed away at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Monday, May 31, 1999. Otto was born in Tosby, Gadbjerg, Denmark on October 8, 1931, son of Hans and Olga Johnasen. He is survived by his wife of forty-five years, Sadie, sons and daughters; Andy and wife Debbie, Eddy and wife Eleanor, Tony and wife Janet, Edith and husband David Moore, Karen and husband Bill Dance, Lorna and husband Don Storey. There are thirteen grandchildren and one great grandchild. He also leaves his brothers and sisters: Evald (Inga) Johansen of Edmonton; Oluf (Merethe) Johansen, Bintha Horluck (Jorgen), Rigmor Thomsen (Thomas) all of Denmark and Gerda Kozculab (Tony) of Edmonton. He was predeceased by a brother, Aage. The family will receive friends for a time of rememberance at the Redeemer Lutheran Church on Friday, June 4, 1999 at 2:00 pm. Cremation has taken place. Interment of the cremated remains will take place at a later date. Arrangements are with Memories Chapel and Pre-Planning Centre, 727-0330.
