LITTLE: Gwendolyn "Gwen" Marie (nee Boprey). It is with much sadness the family of Gwen announces her passing on March 3, 2005 in Kamloops, BC, with her son Ronald at her side. Gwen was born March 4, 1929 in Brandon, Manitoba, daughter of Alex and Edith Boprey. Gwen married Kenton "Ken" Liscolm Little on April 17, 1946. Gwen was very involved with the Brandon Scouting and the East End Community Centre and being involved in her sons' lives. In 1966, Gwen and Ken moved to Port Coquitlam where they operated a small nursing home. They were involved with the Simon Fraser Society. Gwen enjoyed her bowling in Port Coquitlam. She loved and devoted her life to her daughter Debbie-Lynn Marie; sons Garry (Dianne), Ronald (Susan); grandchildren Bonnie-Lynn (Josh) Randall, Wayne (Juanita) and Kenton (Denise); great-grandchildren Jackson and Mackenzie Randall, Rhea Little, Josh, Daniel, Caitlyn and Chelsey Little. Gwen is also survived by her brother Bill Boprey of Calgary, her sister-in-law Darlene (Ed) Wilkinson of Brandon. Gwen was predeceased by her husband Ken on December 12, 1992. He was the love of her life and soul mate. Mom will be missed by her family and her many nieces and nephews. The Funeral Ceremony will be held at Memories Chapel, 330 - 18th Street North, on Saturday, March 12, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. Rev. Orton Anderson will officiate. Interment will follow in the Brandon Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, a donation in memory of Gwen may be made to the Simon Fraser Society for Community Living, 204 Blue Mountain Street, Coquitlam, BC V3K 4H1.
