FEASBY: The death of Grace L. "Vene" Feasby occurred at her residence in Brandon on Monday, December 1, 2008. Vene was born at Millwood, Manitoba on August 9, 1913, the daughter of Harry and Elsie Lazenby. In June 1940, she married Robert Orwald Feasby. They resided at Saltcoates, Saskatchewan and later at Elgin, Manitoba. Vene moved to Brandon in 2000 to reside closer to family. She is survived by: two sons, Garth Robert Feasby and Richard Scott (Cheryl) Feasby. There are three grandchildren, Timothy, Kristin and Amy Feasby. She also leaves her sister, Marguerite Lazenby. Vene was predeceased by; her husband, Bob in 1984, by her parents, Harry and Elsie also five brothers and one sister. Cremation has taken place.
