MAGJAK: George Magjak passed away in Vancouver, British Columbia on Friday, April 13, 2007 at the age of 71 years. George is survived by his sister Agatha (Harry) Shelest of Winnipeg; brothers Edward and Michael Magjak of Brandon; two nieces and their husbands, one nephew, two great nieces and three great nephews all of Winnipeg. A graveside service will be held at a later date at the Brandon Cemetery. Donations in memory of George may be made to Alzheimer Society of Manitoba - Westman Region, 1 - 613 - 10th Street, Brandon, Manitoba, R7A 4G6. Joseph and George are survived by their sister Agatha (Harry) Shelest of Winnipeg; brothers Edward and Michael Magjak of Brandon; two nieces and their husbands, one nephew, two great nieces and three great nephews all of Winnipeg. The graveside ceremony will be held at the Brandon Cemetery on Friday, June 15, 2007 at 3:00 pm. Officiant will be Rev. Fr. Dominic Yuen of St. Augustine's Roman Catholic Church.
