It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of George Wilfred Dinsdale at the Assiniboine Centre on July 31, 2002. George was born on October 1, 1937 in Brandon, Manitoba, son of George Robert and Mildred Dinsdale. George leaves to mourn; his wife of 37 years, Patricia Dinsdale; sons, George (Mary), Corey (Barb) and Bill (Jay); grandchildren, Maria, Danielle, Jamie (Chad), Anthony and Shauna. He also leaves a sister-in-law Bev Dinsdale; niece, Kendra and nephew, Jared and a brother-in-law, Michael Cherniski. George is also survived by, many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by; his father, George Robert, mother Mildred and brother, Dennis Arthur Dinsdale. Prayers will be said at Memories Chapel, 330-18th Street North on Monday, August 5, 2002 at 7:30 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Augustine's Roman Catholic Church, 327-4th Street on Tuesday, August 6, 2002 at 10:30 am. Celebrant will be Fr. Leo Fernandes. Interment will follow in the Brandon cemetery. Flowers are gratefully declined.
