SCHMIDT: Fredrick Schmidt of Brandon passed away at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Wednesday, September 3, 2014. He was born on December 29, 1917 at Camper, Manitoba. Fredrick was predeceased by his wife Lucy. He is survived by his daughter Gail (Jake) Krahn of Winnipeg; sons Clifford (Audrey) of Winnipeg and Richard (Glenda) of Calgary; grandchildren Shelley (Gerry) Marion, Jim (Sandy) Krahn, Jeff (Melissa) Schmidt and Mark Schmidt; great grandchildren Justin, Jake and Sophie. A Memorial Gathering will be held at Memories Chapel, 330-18th Street North on Tuesday, September 9, 2014 at 12:00 p.m. A private family interment will take place at the Brandon Cemetery.
