RODY: Fred, how had celebrated his 80th birthday in June, passed away peacefully on August 19 at Hillcrest P.C.H. in Brandon, Man., where he resided for the past 9 months. Fred had been a resident of Regina for close to 60 years and was retired from being a shoe salesman for a number of companies in Regina. He was predeceased by his wife Pauline (2006) and their only son Les (2007). He is survived by sisters, Ella Lancaster, Lydia Wallin, and Anne Bunn, his inlaws and numerous nieces and nephews. In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place and a graveside service at Memorial Gardens will take place at a later date.
