KELSO: It is with great sadness that the family of Florence Kelso (nee Wager)
announce her passing on Friday, July 18, 2014 at the Brandon Regional Health Centre
Florence was born in Lindsay, Ontario on February 28, 1946 to Adelbert and Norma Wager. Florence will be lovingly remembered by her lifelong soul mate, best friend and husband of 49 years, Norm. Together they had three children: Sherry (Kurt), Randy (Brenda) and Kevin (Lori). Florence will be missed by her six grandchildren Danica, Alysha, William, Brayden, Katie & Kaylee and her siblings Jim (Rose), John (Norma) and Stan (Debbie) and Norm's siblings Dorothy (Eric), Ruth (Jim), Jean (Bill), Norma (Jim), Rose (Joe), Glen (Sheila) as well as many nieces and nephews. In 1979 Norm and Florence followed their dream to purchase a larger farm in Rapid City. Florence loved the country lifestyle but her true passion and devotion was for her family. Her smile and humor, was the greatest gift and will always be in our hearts. The Ceremony to Celebrate Florence's Life was held at the Rapid City United Church on Wednesday, July 23, 2014. Rev. Glenna Beauchamp officiated. Interment followed at the Rapid City Cemetery. Donations in memory of Florence may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, 415-1st Street, Brandon, Manitoba R7A 4W8.
