The death of Ella Mildred Hunter, of Dinsdale Home, widow of Gordon Hunter, occurred at her residence on Tuesday, December 10, 2002. Ella was born at Margaret, Manitoba on April 19, 1909, daughter of John and Sarah Caldwell. Following her marriage to Gordon Hunter in 1942, they resided at Moline and later moved to Brandon. Ella is survived by: her three children; daughter Sharon Hunter, and sons, David (Lois) and Hugh (Colleen. There are six grandchildren; Lesley, Lindsay, Stephanie, Carrie, Kim and Karen and three great grandchildren; Danielle, Kristen and Daelynn. She is also survived by, a brother-in-law, Hugh Hunter of Texas and a sister-in-law, Ruth Caldwell of Missouri. Ella was predeceased by, her husband Gordon and a brother, Orval Caldwell. A private graveside ceremony will be held at the Rosewood Memorial Gardens. Family friends who wish, may call at David Hunter's residence, 21 Wilnor Bay on Sunday afternoon from 3:30 pm. to 5:00 pm.
